Grandmothers’ macaronis

Ingredients for 4 servings:

400g. Macaronis

350g. Minced meat

500g. Crushed tomatoes

1 Onion

2 garlic seeds

1 stream of rancid wine

Parmesan cheese

Oil, Salt, Pepper, Laurel and Oregano

Preparation:

Macaronis are boiled during 12 minutes and drained.

Then, in the same saucepan, are mixed with the stir-fry. Stir-fry: Minced meat is fried in a pan and then is removed. After that, the onion is added in the pan with olive oil till it is golden and then crushed tomatoes are fried in the same pan too. Finally, the already cooked minced meat is added with the milk and everything is slowly cooked during a few minutes.
