Use 1 litre of water with salt per 80g. of pasta. Add pasta when water begins to boil and stir gently. Cook pasta during the indicated time. Strain pasta without adding water. 1. Serve immediately.

Use 250 ml. of soup per 40g. of pasta. Add pasta when soup begins to boil and stir gently. Cook pasta during the indicated time. Remove from the saucepan and serve.
