Summer salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

400g. Vegetable Fusilli

Pineapple

Prawns

Sauce

Preparation:

Vegetable shells are boiled during 12 minutes and drained after being under cold water or ice. Prawns are fried, peeled and, when cooled, are added to the Pasta. Pieces Pineapple are added too and finally everything is mixed with our favourite sauce. Serve cool. .
